Summer fitness training is back – and better than ever!
Being fit BEFORE the start of the squash season is the best way to help improve your squash and ensure you have an enjoyable and productive season. Good fitness also helps prevent injuries occurring.
This year, fitness training will involve the following two sessions every week, each lasting approximately 1 hour:
- Strength training on court 4, 7:30-8:30pm Monday nights ($2 / night)
- Hill running/walking up Mt Kaukau, meet at club - 7-25pm Wednesday nights (No charge)
Everyone is welcome to attend either one, or both, session(s) each week. You will train at your own pace, with the emphasis being on setting and achieving your own fitness goals.
