All the matches will be Thursday nights again, except for the final night which will be on a Friday.

Innerclub is a social teams event. Just enter yourself and we’ll put you into a team of other keen players. This is a great way to meet some other club members, play some squash and have heaps of fun at the same time. It’s also a great way to start the new season with a few games under your belt!

Innerclub is open to all members, whether you play mostly tennis or squash, and is also open to new/potential members, so if you know anyone who is keen to give squash a go next year then this is a great opportunity for them to try it out. If you have any work colleagues/family/friends who are interested then encourage them to come along.

Entries will close on the Thursday 26th January, and is usually very popular, so it is hard to fit in late entries. The fee is $10 for members and $30 for non-members – which will be collected in the first weeks of the competition.

No doubt there’ll be plenty of training and fundraising between now and then so get in behind the team and support them wherever you can. It’d be great to see them go all the way and win a national title.

In other results over the weekend. Our womens C-grade team made it to the final but got pipped at the post losing 3-2.

Our mens c-grade team had a tough weekend and finished 5th in their pool. Better luck next year guys!
