Looking for a versatile venue for your next event? Khandallah Tennis and Squash Club offers a spacious, welcoming clubhouse with a full kitchen, bar, and seating for up to 100 guests. Whether you’re hosting a private function, corporate event, or community gathering, our facilities provide a comfortable and convenient setting.

In addition to venue hire, our courts can be hired for pickleball, tennis, and squash. We also provide equipment for hire, so you and your guests can enjoy a game even if you don’t have your own gear.

Venue Hire Application

Thank you for your interest in hiring our venue. Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible to help us understand your request.


As part of your application, we’re happy to discuss your event setup, including furniture, lighting, decorations, glassware, and any sound system requirements. Please note that decorations are BYO. We have a large screen available which is ideal for presentations and slideshows, however we do not currently have a sound system suitable for large events.


For larger functions, glassware hire may be required to supplement the Club’s supply of champagne and wine glasses. We also have an eclectic range of plates, cutlery, and serving items available for use, or you are welcome to bring your own.


All applications are reviewed by our Club Management Commitee, and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to confirm availability or request any further information.


If your application is accepted, a quote outlining all relevant charges will be provided for your approval. Payment in full is required to secure the booking date.
